Yes we know that since more than 2 years. Im talking now about a new METV with 3 months validity which it allows to stay up to 6 months if used properly. Its cost and requirements are the same of a SETV.

It was a big surprise for me too, that's why i asked her to show me her passport. Anyway I'll ask to take a pic of the sticker asap and I'll post it.

With that visa she can do in/out until mid June and if she'll enter just before the last day of validity she will get other 2 months stay permit extendable of 30 days. So in total she can stay until mid September (6 months).

I saw the sticker and it's clearly written TR and Multiple in their related sections. Even the graphic and colors are different from the usual ones. I'll ask my friend to take a pic of the visa and I'll post it asap.

Andy, u didnt understand. If u show them that u'll leave within max 7 days u get further 7 days extension after ur 30 days extension expired.

Just go to the closest immigration, show ur flight ticket and u'll get 7 more days extension for 1900 thb. No need of a border run.

But you can also enter on a 30 day exemption stamp and then apply for a 30 days extension.

If u have proof of an air ticket leaving Thailand on March 3, u just have to go to the closest immigration office and get a 7 days extension for 1900 baht.

And no overstay because February has only 28 days so u r ok ;)

Actually my friend got in May a single entry Non-B visa and then in August the Multientry one. So maybe he had WP for a short time.
