Tomorrow my visa exempt extension expires. I will try the border at Ban phu nam ron ( Kanchanaburi) catching a bus from the new South bus station. Then another bus from the bus station at Kanchanaburi to the border. As I have seen on this page. I only have six days before my flight out from Thailand but rather than have an overstay stamp. I hope this will be my best choice. Any advice and tips will be much appreciated. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on options for extending their visa exempt stay in Thailand, as their extension is expiring soon. They plan to do a border run to Ban Phu Nam Ron and inquire about the best approach to avoid an overstay, given their upcoming flight in six days. Comments from the community provide alternative suggestions, including extending their visa directly at immigration and a quick border run experience.
I did the border run. To Ban phu nam ron. It was so easy. I'm back home in Bangkok already. Thanks for the tips. Didn't ask for flight ticket or funds.
Easy border run, once you are stamped out of Thailand, you walk 10 metres, there is a visa run agency on the left. Give them your passport, as they will need to make a copy, and 900 baht. Wait for the next pickup to take you down the dirt road and back. Took me no more than 1 hour from start to finish😄
