if you are just transferring through Bangkok no, however my understanding is you can not leave the airport...

Unless it is a Johnson/ Johnson (also have to wait 14 days from initial shot) you MUST have the second shot and must wait 14 days past receiving it...

You you have gotten to the point of applying for COE, there should be no reason to not receive unless something is wrong with flight, hotel or test positive... God luck...

check at 12:01 AM with CVS, they do rapid tests.. We used them and they were accepted...They load the next day at 12:01 AM by 8 the next morning the appointments will be gone...
