If you got a stamp for 60 days then your old passport must still be good until after the 60 days. Show the same one you used and then the new one if asked.

I have received three new passports from the embassy. Then when I received them I won't to Immigration and they put the stamp on the new passport. you do not have to leave.

I do not go to private hospitals because the cost is much more. Government hospitals are excellent and better than hospitals in the USA.

 That is true. Have you noticed that every government hospital has a sign stating they will provide the medical first and deal with the payment later? Just what that means I am not sure. I have spent time in government hospitals and the 8 days for Dhingy Fever cost 22K Baht.

All you need to do is look at the paper that the immigration agent gave you. If the agent fails to give the paper then pay the charges and SUE the agent. The date issue is due to the agent's mishandling your account. Do not use an agent.
