😞. I feel for you. I seriously do. I spent over a decade changing my life, including slowly phasing out having pets, ridding myself of all my belongings, including my home, etc. etc. to plan for a nomadic lifestyle. I returned to the U.S. in Jan 2020 for an emergency and missed my flights to Phuket on /2020 due to a medical emergency. That’s when I took the opportunity to sell my house so I could be free and clear. However, I have never been able to have my nomadic life and I cannot get back to Thailand. I’ve yet to visit the islands.

I am very stressed because I’m wasting an exorbitant amount of money on a life I don’t want, waiting for the life I do. So, I get it.

I also really regret not traveling earlier in my life, so I STRONGLY encourage you to continue to follow your dreams. However, you can get no answers today. That’s simply a fact. I will be thinking of you today and tomorrow and hoping your dreams come true.

I know this is stressful for everyone, but as Annie sang, it’s only a day away. We will have an answer tomorrow (maybe, sort of). Why stress out trying to guess?

A bit of both, although I have no family there. I’m looking at living there as a long-term holiday.
