Was chatting to a fella this morning, his account is on Samui and this is the 2nd time this year he's needed to verify.

I went to my branch this morning but gave up as I reckon it would be a 3 hour wait.

Some people are going to have problems.

Many people didn't ignore the announcements and are now having to do this for the 2nd or 3rd in 6 months

A few people received messages today giving 30 days to visit a branch and verify their account.
