Visa options in Vietnam are very limited and in most cases, including retirement, you have to leave the country after 90 days before reapplying

no long-term visa available. Have to leave the country every 90 days and then apply for another visa, expensive and no guarantee.

Fantastic place for a holiday but as yet not an expat option.
