Anonymous participant 725 with all the fraud, misuse and abuse all of them actually. There are just too many people that have been approved for this visa but should not have. Those advocate for making stories and not actually providing what is required at the most embassies at the moment. From what i have seen at Hanoi they dont seem to care much at the “pending document check “ stage but as it goes into “pending approval” they are looking close into the financials to see if you can support yourself. The gurus here keep pushing the idea that only 3 month are required at hanoi but i sent 6 bank statements in detail showing movement and highliting the salary payments i did to myself. As for my wife application they dont seem to dig much as long as you have the money. For her case was 500k and mine was also 500k so a million was required for her visa approval. 🙏

Send the most information you can send to them and this will save you time, and back and forth requests for multiple documents that will affect the timeline of approval. ohh ok yes because you work for a company they know the visa fees for the dtv are way cheaper than a regular business visa. I am 99% sure this is what is giving them trouble. Send that YOUR ACTIVITIES CLIENTS MONEY ETC OCCUR OUTSIDE OF 🇹🇭 this will satisfy the requirement . Good luck 🙏

Include your company allows you to work in thailand. I made a recommendation letter for myself since im my own boss. Get a supervisor to do this for you include responsabilities etc. Also that YOUR INCOME COMES FROM OUTSIDE THAILAND AND YOU WONT SEEK LOCAL EMPLOYMENT as there are other visas for that. For your profile they might be trying to find out you dont have any thai local clients etc. good luck 🙏

i would not use a Thai Bank account as they want the money to come to Thailand and i really dont see how you would have a bank account at this point. Maybe if you had another visa before that allowed you to do it than it would be ok i guess. I would also advise you to apply once the money has been there enough time 3 months but i would do it for 6 months to justify the consular officer you have the means to stay in thailand for 5 years. well man i really tried to help you but cant really do more for you if you insist in going with the theory of having no reliable source of income and expecting to get the visa. With that retirement option if i was the adjuticating officer i will reject your application and tell you there is a retirement visa. Same with medical cases etc . By the way my WIFE DEPENDENT VISA WAS JUST APPROVED. Yeah a second one in 3 business days right

Anonymous participant 314 i did it because of the minimal cost 340. All the other options were 50 times the dtv price at list. Also the provitions of having a business and giving a thai person 49 % of it just did not make any sense for us. But i know the DTV is just a TOURIST LONG TERM VISA after all 🙏

than plenty of people CHEATED THE SYSTEM as STABLE IMCOME IS REQUIRED FOR ANY TYPE OF VISA not just the DTV in THAILAND ANY OTHER VISA WORLWIDE. Explain me again Why and How a Digital Nomad does not need income to Qualify ? Why doing a medical treatment will allow you to move to a country 5 years and be considered normal. I have been a digital Nomad for the last 10 years of my life and what you are saying just does not make any sense. Im adding here the EMPLOYMENT SECTION OF THE APPLICATION ON ITS CURRENT FORM. MAYBE THIS WAS NOT AROUND WHEN YOU APPLY BUT SURELY IS NOW BECAUSE OF ALL THE ABUSED OTHER PEOPLE DID INCLUDING YOURSELF. It does ask question like current occupation, occupation detail and annual income. Why would they have this section if they dont NEED IT? Stop the missinformation and stop telling people WHAT WORKED IN THE PAST CREATING THE FALSE IDEA IT WOULD WORK FOR THEM NOW. If you and someone did this cheating in the past i can tell you it wont work now or qualify you now for the visa UNDER THE CURRENT TERMS. The Only visa that does not need stable income is the DEPENDENT DTV as it follows under the main applicant . On that you can just show 500k LIKE
