How can I reach Bangkok Bank Customer Service from outside Thailand?

When I left the country for ten months they stole the money I had in the account and closed the account. When I went in to ask what had happened they explained they wouldn't give the money back or open the acc unless I went to the branch I had opened the account in back up in Sisaket 550km away.

Horrendous treatment. I'd suggest finding a different place to live. A country with better human rights if you can. Somewhere more organised.

Can I apply for a medical visa in Thailand if I have a hospital letter and currently on a visa exception?

Expect days of going back and forth to your hospital and immigration trying to find out what is needed. Don't assume it can be done easily.
