Is anyone else having trouble with the British consular email to request a letter for application of extension? I called them and got the email and thought I must have heard it wrong. Then I went on the .gov.uk website and found it was correct. Now I keep getting notification from my email provider saying the email has been blocked or does not work. Does anyone have any advice or alternative email address I could try. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing issues with contacting the British consulate via email to request a letter for a visa extension application, with notifications indicating the email might be blocked or incorrect. Other users in the comments confirm that the given email is correct but have had slow or no responses. They provide the correct email address and required documentation for assistance, suggesting that responses may take time.
This is the correct email and procedure. They won't reply to any email and you have to supply the following. I didn't answer 3 and 4. I just stated my country of residence is Thailand. Got the letter two days later.
To apply for a visa extension letter email:
**************************************
Please provide evidence of:
1. Copy of the biodata page of your passport
2. Entry stamp in to Thailand
3. Proof of residence in a third country e.g. visa (if applicable)
4. Supporting documents relating to your long-term visa application e.g. marriage certificate, employment contract

I emailed the UK Embassy about support with a covid letter. While i progress from tourist visa to non imm b or ed. As I can't leave the country and return, due to covid, I can't progress. Etc.
so your purpose would be the requirement of a Non B visa that requires you to leave the country and you are unable to do so. In your email to the embassy put at the Top "information as requested". Attache your biodata page and last stamp. When you go to immigration take a colour copy and two black and white copies and tell them the colour one is the original. Don't tell them it was sent via email.
you have to print one off in colour and two copies in black and white. If immigration ask tell them it's the original. Don't mention it was emailed to you. You have to have to two copies of everything including every page in your passport with a stamp including your last entry stamp and two current passport sized photos. Someone with also with Thai ID and confirmed address and duplicate copies and you will get an under consideration stamp. Then that will allow you another 30 days which will start from the 27th September.
I have sent my request to the email address given via Consular Replies. That was 3 days ago and heard nothing back. I'm told there is a hotline but don't know the number. I've just posted that question here.
just make sure you send them number 1 and 2. Last stamp if entry and a copy attached of your biodata page. I put at the top of the email "as requested". Came back in two days.
they should reply in a couple of days. If not resend it on Monday. There maybe a cut off date from Thai Immigration for applying also but that's not been announced yet.
