I booked my test and go hotel with agoda at Novotel at suvarnabhumi Airport

Got my booking reference and confirmation from them .

They said the hotel would contact me for the required documents

Iv had no reply from the hotel after a couple of emails.

Anyone else had this problem with this hotel.

Can anyone recommend a 1 day quarantine in Bangkok close to the airport that does the3 hours express PCR test.

Hi everyone. I registered for Thailand Pass and when I reached the Hotel Reservation part and selected SHA +, I could not find my hotel, Novotel Suvarnabhumi. But when I selected "Alternative Quarantine", I saw my hotel in the drop down list. Would this be a problem later on? Has anyone here booked with Novotel Suvarnabhumi and had similar experience? Thank you for sharing.
