Went to Bangkok bank. Got on an a tourist visa. Had to goto immigration and get a paper that explained i wanted to open a bank account. Cost 200b. Then took that to bangkok bank... and they did it for me. Was pretty simple. Alll the other banks said no to me. Might be different for you since different visa but i would assume its easier.

by new i mean new thai driver's license. As in you have never had a thai driver's license before. I have a license from home. Good to know i can just handle it all myself. What was about the total cost?
