Your point? I meet the requirements for some of those options, you would normally be able to apply for a 90 day Non O or 60 day wife visit from tourist visa entry.

When are you going to try apply? And what kind of visa did you go into amnesty from? 👍🏻

Is it necessary to visit immigration for a free stamp in the passport while under the tourist amnesty prior to applying for a future visa?

Some IOs won’t give you an extension until you have a valid permission of stay, and this new free stamp seems to solve that problem. But still early days, mixed reports so far.
