Update! I send them a word

File stating that my birth certificate is at least two weeks away and if there’s any chance I could get an extension on the application time that would be great and they instantly sent me back an interview…

How can processing time be 15 days when it states "Incomplete applications over 14 days will be automatically removed from the system"?
