File stating that my birth certificate is at least two weeks away and if there’s any chance I could get an extension on the application time that would be great and they instantly sent me back an interview…

Would it be possible to go to the thai immigration and ask for another way (just so I don't have to wait 2-4 weeks for this stupid certificate to be printed in Aus and posted to my families home)...
