TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on creating an employment contract or certificate necessary for their business as a photographer in Thailand. They have asked for examples of approved documents from others. The comments provide various insights, including suggestions to consider alternative documentation approaches, the importance of presenting business registration, invoices for services, and successional challenges faced by photographers regarding visa approvals.
you can provide invoices labeled as “photography consultations”, “photo edition” to your clients (you can create them now, don’t need to be the old ones if you don’t have) and apply as freelancer, not business owner necessarily

Baan Thai immigration solutions ... Use can agent for the extra 10k I highly recommend them, they did everything and told me what alternative docs or what the immigration officers are looking for so it's easy to know the first time. Better yet just do soft power and not have to worry about any work information ... Fight EVO360 Thailand - Thepprasit Boxing Stadium makes it easy.

I suggest using other options to apply for DTV. They are starting to reject to better not risk it.
I did get a letter from one of my clients. Stating that I've been working for them since xxxx 100% remotely, from my home or any other convenient office location.
I offer many things from. Photo editing services. Consultation calls to clients. Selling print products. Marketing lessons.
Before going into my business, I clearly want to state that I will NOT be taking the business of thai people and I will not be doing any sort of freelance business in Thailand to take money away from Thai people. My clients are 90% Australian and a very small amount from the USA.
The services I offer are online editing work of other photographers wedding images (Mostly friends in my industry from Australia), consultation calls to help people improve their wedding photography business from Australia and I sell prints to my clients and their guests which is all done online.
something along those lines but I'd forget photography and friends. It's meant to be a business. I'd just go with remote editing of of images, the sale of prints from a library of existing images, and so on
