 they don't stamp your passport for a 90 day report in country, they will attach a piece of paper that states.when your next report is due

 reports are just been posted that the new rules start Monday. Apparently some airlines have already posted the new rules on their sites stating it starts from Monday.

Oh, we misunderstood, if you are applying in Thailand you can't do it online or have passports posted but you meant do it online in the UK. That is different and also requires you to confirm you are currently living there. Your only hope is the gov.uk website for your information.
