Never work on a Tourist Visa this is totally illegal. Anyone offering guaranteed employment upon completion must provide a working Visa and work permit

To be honest it is really not the greatest town and the hotels are shabby and pretty dirty. Dont expect much at all. Most people stay at the Diamond which is within walking distance to the consulate. It's just a Visa run so a bed and a bathroom all they need really

Kota Bahru in Malaysia also requires the police clearances. We did ours this month along with a few others and it is a standard requirement there too

Multiple is strictly for company Directors. I unfortunately do not know the cost of this as when i enquired last week in Kota Bharu they said no multiple entry visas for employees of any sort. I am just a teacher in Thailand.

for clarifying teaching online only in Thailand is definitely still a target for immigration. I know all the research myself and my colleagues did we were advised NOT to risk it and to keep working in our schools as we are provided with work permits
