no immigration cards were given out on plane and I checked with immigration and they don’t do them now as I have always filled one in, but passport stamped

Thanks guys, if I have to wait 7 days then not worth going until the 1 day test and go is back, not getting stuck in a hotel room that long not worth the hotel or the money you have to spend on an expensive hotel, thanks this has helped a lot

Unfortunately travel from the UK is illegal unless to repatriate or medical reasons otherwise you could be refused leave or be fined

Mat is correct about that but it is illegal to leave the uk unless you are repatriating or for business purposes which you must prove

It is currently illegal to leave the UK unless you have a valid reason, from Monday if you leave the UK and lie about the reason for leaving you could face upto 10 years in prison, so dont take the change
