It has been operational in cambodia since last year so it won't be far away.

As per current updates, nothing else is required apart from your passport, accommodation details and return ticket. Ideally do recheck after 15th April

Impossible to answer that in January, you will have to check that closer to your travel date, but at this stage there hasn’t been any date fixed for the implementation of the ETA.

Check again in May. No one knows if or when the ETA system will be put in place. It's currently on indefinite hold while they plan how to make it work.
