They've obviously made it easier after the fiasco of the first 5-6 days. More staff working to clear the backlog, being more sympathetic etc.

One big problem is when you get rejected they don't tell you why you've been rejected,

Yes, convenient for me, quite often prices are higher from Teesside so will go from Newcastle then. Much easier regional airports, Heathrow is a nightmare, together with traveling back to the North East also

Totally agree, a lot of us are waiting and waiting etc

Frustrating when some people have applied and have got QR code within a few hours. Also everyone has got their flights and hotels prepaid. If we had to cancel its going to be a nightmare.

To be fair anyone booking a flight etc and coming in the first 9 days was always taking a chance, knowing Thai efficiency
