For the AS quarantine hotel or SHA+ plus hotel, once you have stayed minimum 1 night you can change hotels. Is that correct?
You don't have to stay 7 nights at same hotel do you?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, if you are part of the Test & Go program, you can change hotels after staying a minimum of one night at an AS quarantine hotel or SHA+ hotel. It was previously allowed under the sandbox model, but the rules may have changed, so it may be best to check the current regulations. Under the Alternative Quarantine (AQ), changing hotels is not permitted.
If you do AQ you definitely cannot change hotels as you can't even leave your room.
If you do sandbox, they used to let you change hotels after 7 days I think it was (back when it was 14 days total), but you couldn't change every day for example, I think you could only change once.
You can try submitting 2 prepaid SHA+ Hotel bookings as part of your Thailand Pass application, but I'm not sure what they'll say about that. 7 days isn't all that long so they may just want you to stay in one place until you complete the program.
