As an added note....

Specific funds aren't stipulated when applying for voluntary visa.

We have a visa business and when I was involved we occasionally got someone asking for advice because visa was revoked because the agent deposited required funds into a bank on their behalf, then withdrew it as soon as visa was confirmed.

I guess its like any immigration debt anywhere in the world. In that they occasionally investigate a processed visa.

Probably another reason it happens is agents don't pay tea money owed when using a back-door. Probably leads to an investigation
