Yes some wives are trustworthy and no problems.

But so many more turn shit at some point. This is what you should protect against

never put 51% in wife name.

Put less than 49% in wife name and the rest in another thai name. Preferable a Thai she does not know.

Also, when establishing the company, make sure you have all the voting rights.

To many farang have been duped out of funds for not following this basic strategy.

Yes lawyer can do that but they won't take into consideration tastes.

If you have faith in your lawyer and faith in your seller then go ahead

Yes you can buy a condo in Thailand without being there.

Just takes a little longer processing paperwork that needs to be sent to you and returned.

Would I do it without being there.....NO WAY
