Try first with Visa exempt, today you can stay 90 days and with a trip t/r abroad you can at least one time stay a couple of month longer. Unde this months you can try to planning your future life little more. If you are healthy and rich, Thailand can offer you much.

in our case they put the price after the size of the plot. I think the have an average price per talangwah. But this can as always be different in other areas in the country. After some years we cancelled the lease, and saved 6k Baht yearly. 😍

normaly the buying price for the land plot devided with 30 years.

But then your gf pay 12% tax on the lease fee to your ampoe office. Many avoid this but that can be expensive.
