TM30 still works the same with visa or extension, right? Isn’t the Non-OA kind of a retirement visa?

Bz Burritoz There is a lot of past info on TM30 here in this group. Use the search box at the top of the page. Look out for a post by Robert Lagas which has an explainer video from Immigration.

She will need to do the TM30 report of a foreigner coming to stay at her address. Also, do not ever help out in the restaurant as you are on a retirement visa which prohibits any form of work (being paid or not is irrelevant).

Alan Charles Crisp When I did my first extension, I was told subsequent years required 3 months. This is for CNX, so Chiang Rai might be different.

But if this is your second extension, the seasoning of funds is 3 months, so for 2nd July, funds should already have been in the account on 2nd April if you apply on the last day.
