“in a couple of weeks ill be going to Savannakhet to get a multiple entry non o visa based on marriage...im married to a thai....i get visa...i leave country every 90 days...how long is the visa good for...i read 1 year...then i read 15 months....how long is it good for....and do i need to report....”
Visa is valid for multiple entries into Thailand for 1 year from the day it goes into your passport. If you enter near the end of that year, you get 90 days of stay, making a total longest possible stay with this visa 1 year + 90 days (slightly under 15 months). As your maximum stay per entry is 90 days, there is no 90-day reporting required.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A multiple entry Non-O visa based on marriage is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued. If you enter Thailand towards the end of that year, you can receive an additional 90 days of stay, which totals just under 15 months. There is no requirement for 90-day reporting with this visa.
