Airline and immigration check the visa in the passport but now we have moved to the evisa they ask to see the printed version. I would not expect them to take my word for it and they do pull people out if they don't have the correct docs

I came in November and had no problems getting the extension I hope it's the same for next winter

I hope so as once granted you have 3 months to use it so for example I plan to come in October I would apply before the cut off date in september

The stv visa gives you 90 days which you can extend twice 90+90+90(270)

555 so what you are basically saying is I have an overstay can I use covid as an excuse to avoid the fine or overstay stamp?

A little tip if your unsure on anything just upload the pic of your passport (I think I did this for at least 3 questions) if they need more details they will contact you, the staff at London embassy are very good.
