Your landlord/hotel should register your arrival and be able to provide you with a copy.

When you need to submit, varies between immigration offices. Some its only after you arrive in country, other it's every new address, you'd need to ask your IO.

I stay with my girlfriend in Bangkok, she submits it, as my 'landlord'. We have to resubmit after we travel around Thailand as each hotel we stay in submit one stating we are staying there. When we didn't it caused an issue when I went for an extension, as my last TM30 was outside of Bangkok...

Your 'landlord' can do online easily online once they have registered

@Ellie ******
as ever with another great steer. Many thanks. I wasn't aware that the 15+ days was only needed for an in-country non-o from the 90 day - to 12 month extension. If they arrived on a non-o they wouldn't need to submit with 15+ days left.

Many thanks again.

I will edit my comment.

As Robert says, you'll need to get back into Thailand before your current non-o 90's stamp date.

You could apply for a non-o before returning, however you will also need to provide insurance cover to satisfy that, as per the image.

Where as if you just come back on a tourist visa, and apply for a non-o in country. A pain I know... You will only need to meet the much lower insurance requirements of Thai Pass

You could also try and do it online, or perhaps ask about that when you are there for future reports.

Nationals of Brazil, are entitled for tourist visa exemption scheme. Meanwhile, Thailand also holds bilateral agreements on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic, official and ordinary passports for a visit of not exceeding 90 days with Brazil

Covid extension scheme was revised to now include non-imm visas.

Best bet is to ask your immigration office if they will grant you one before the scheme finishes

.

You turned off commenting before I could reply.

You should read this post by Tod Daniels regarding covid extensions and Non-imm. Although each and every office will have it's own interpretation...
