Nothing is law until it is published in the Royal Gazette, these proposals haven’t yet despite the government claiming they would come into effect 1st June. The big man hasn’t spoken.

Unfortunately too many Thai’s work illegally & or disappear into the ether, she needs very strong ties to return to Thailand, job, kids, property/rent/mortgage, loans to be paid etc. if she’s got more reasons NOT to return you’ll always be denied.
