read my comment carefully! That’s the exact problem I have and why I can’t marry next month and won’t be married, when I go back to Germany early December. So no 90 days NON O from the Thai embassy, but a tourist visa to marry early next year. I’m in the middle of the process to get the affirmation. However, that plus the confirmation of the German embassy after that will take approximately 2 months.

Don’t worry it’s 100% guaranteed! It was just recently cut from 14 to 7days in CW. I specifically asked the IO in that regard last week. Got my 2nd stamp after the one week “under consideration “ today.

Just wanted to give an update: was in and out of CW within 20 min. No TM30/ embassy letter or email needed. The under consideration stamp is now 7 days and not 14 days anymore.

thx I sent an email to the German Embassy and they sent me a customized answer that they don’t issue that letter anymore

didn’t ask yet as I will go to CW in 2days. So I’ll email them and in case I don’t get an answer, I’ll just try my luck at CW. I just know they don’t issue covid letters as it was communicated by the ambassador a few months ago . Thx
