Hello , I will apply for a 60 days extension based on marriage in CW next week. As this is my first time, I wanted to double check, if I need anything else apart from:

- the usual passport & entry stamp copies/ TM6 / TM7/ one 6x4 picture/ 1900 THB

- ID card of my wife/ tabien baan/ kor ror 2+3/ chanote

TM 30 was already done last time I went to CW applying for the covid extension.

As far as I know, my wife has to come with me in person right?

Thanks and best regards

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for a 60-day visa extension based on marriage and is seeking to confirm the necessary documents and the requirement for their spouse's presence during the application process. Essential documents mentioned include passport copies, ID card of the spouse, and other forms. Just another relevant question: I will obtain the 1 year multiple entry visa based on marriage from my home country from September on. I know that I will be allowed to stay 90 days per visit in Thailand. Are those 90 days fixed or is it possible to extend for another extra 60 days, before leaving Thailand?(similar to the extension based on a tourist visa).

@Philip ***
you could get ONE 60 day visit thai family extension for 1900baht at the immigration office which would give you 5 months of stay total per entry.

Keep in mind it's totally up to your immigration office

Some will allow that 60 day visit thai family extension on every entry you make on a Non-O visa BUT some offices allow it ONCE per visa (meaning you could do it one time on any of the entries)
