Haven’t entered Thailand in years on a visa exemption and therefore would like to know:

Where do i get the normal 30 days extension? CW at counter K or at MTT?

Furthermore, is the online booking system still needed? Remember that they wanted to re start it somewhere in July, but I couldn’t find it on the homepage.

Thx

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a normal 30-day extension after entering Thailand on a visa exemption, you should go to Muang Thong Thani, specifically Counter K. Currently, the appointment system is not operational, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

For people who are using Bangkok Immigration and who entered on a visa exempt, you would go to Muang Thong Thani, Counter K. The appointment system is not working, and it's first come-first serve.

thx a lot. And it’s the usual passport copy, foto, copy of tm6, copy of entry stamp and the extension form right ?

SOMETIMES they ask for a TM30. You'll also need 1,900 THB as well

As I will do it directly after the mandatory night in the hotel, they already should have sent the TM30 right?

Yes, the hotel should file a TM30. It may be called "Section 38". You want one of the bottom two screenshots.
