Just FYI : went to MTT and got the 30 days extension for my TV.
Sent my TM 30 the day I left ASQ by post and no one asked for it today. So if you don’t want to pay the 800THB fine or don’t have the time to show up in person, it’s ok by post at MTT, as the online system is still down.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of successfully obtaining a 30-day extension for their travel visa (TV) at the MTT without being asked for their TM30 form, which they had previously sent by post. They mentioned that this could be a convenient option for those wanting to avoid an 800THB fine or those who may not have the time to attend in person, especially since the online system for processing is currently down.
