some rare cases can be different. I have a friend who is Syrian nationality but he’s a refugee and can’t get a passport from Syria. So, France is delivering the passport but nationality is “Syrian”

Ce qui cloche c’est la connerie que tu as faite ton passeport a été émis par la France, en l’occurrence le consulat de France à Maurice. Maurice en tant que pays n’a rien à voir dans ton histoire. Désolé mais oui tu as fait une boulette à 300€, tu recommences et tu payes à nouveau.
