Don’t decide things after 15days stay. If you have unlimited money then do it. But if you want to SME business owner then try to stay here more time and mix with people, make connections and learn the language. Also I don’t think asking here will do much help as it is visa help and to do business you must take help from agency.

I am not discouraging you. Just asking you to have more understanding of the situation. Do market research. If you are unmarried I will advise take your time and see if you can find good person for you. This is not your country and you don’t speak this country language. There will be people in every step to take advantage of that. Thai people are generally honest but the term is generally. There is lots of people here who is waiting to take your money not so honest way. I don’t think you will get legal help that much if that happened.

Thai tourism wouldn’t perform good this year. Their car manufacturing plant is getting reduced, household debt sky high. 2nd hand first hand all product market not performing okay.

But what is in their favour is due to high interest rate money getting pushed to their bond and stock market. Let’s see how long honeymoon last. I will buy some usd in a hope that next year I can get back from some loss.

She is an agent helping 4 expat and making killer money. I do both car and motorcycle. Cost forget but maybe 600-700 bath. Govt rate. One hiccup I face when I first go they give me appointment after 3 week. But now maybe load is not too much. Just spend an hour in YouTube. Agent only help as translators . Because agent or not you have to collect all documents by yourself. Only doc is bit pain is to residence certificate. Give it a try. New country need to explore.
