Jeno Szabo i was at Phuket immigration earlier this week and asked the same question. I have a ME non O based on having a Thai wife. I am currently on the 60 day extension for visiting Thai family. I need 2 more months to season my funds before i can get my 1 year extension based on Thai family. I was told to apply for the 60 day covid extension and then to apply for the 1 year extension. They gave me the paperwork for both of these and told me it would be ok to do it this way.

i recently went for my 60 day extension of my multi entry Non O based on marriage to a Thai National here in Phuket and was asked to also provide a Kor 2(kor song). I obtained this from the local Amphoe and apparently is proof that you are still legally married. Not sure if this is needed elsewhere.

if my ME non o based on marriage to a Thai national is due for a border bounce on the 7th of June, do I apply for the 2 month extension or am I granted entry till 31st of July?
