After entering the information on the TM30 online system and attempting to save it, we get this error message. Has anyone successfully filed thier TM30 through the online system since it's been working again? Any pointers would be much appreciated!

TLDR : Answer Summary
Users are experiencing difficulties saving their TM30 filings through the online system, with multiple reports indicating similar error messages. Suggestions include using the mobile app for filing, which appears to be functioning for some users. It's crucial to ensure correct field entries, avoid auto-fill features, and check for compatibility with device settings. The importance of differentiating the TM30 from the TM47 (90-day report) system is emphasized. The community is sharing tips and resources for successful submissions.

I'm shutting this down.

1. This post is about the TM30 system; not about the 90 day report. Completely separate system.

2. The applications to file the TM30 are these:

Online [best option]:

sounds good, appreciate the tip?

Nothing special to do. Your are now in Thailand. Create a new account and add this account to Google play and then you're able to switch between your accounts.

Try the mobile application. It is working. I did mine 5 mins before they started checking my visa extension application. (I forgot to report when I came back from BKK and just remembered at the immigration office)

used the App and got this which I believe says "Successful" in Thai? Is there anything else we should get? A receipt?

you go back to the system and search the record, your record comes up if saved correctly. Then capture (and print) that screen because there is no receipt function for TM30 system.

A *QUICK* reminder: this post is about the TM30 system, where the property owner informs immigration where you are staying. This must be filed no later then 24 business hours after you arrive at a location.

This post is *NOT* about the TM47 (or the 90 day report) system. They are two, completely separate systems. Please do not make comments or ask questions about the TM47 in this post.

Thank you.

This is like the 4th or 5th report of someone not being able to get the program to save data.

All I can say is try the mobile phone app and see if it will work

Here's the android / iPhone aps for Section 38

> I now have to print for TM-47 and was told it is because you have to online MORE THAN 14 days before due date.

This post is about the TM30, not the TM47 ["90 day reports"]

I appreciate the attempts at helping!!! I'll try the app.

I have been getting the same error message for a few days now. Never had an issue previously before it went offline. I will try Tod's tips and see how it goes.
Tod *********
then I see you or who ever is trying to file for you going to do a TM30 in person or by mail (if your office allows it)...

The App worked for us today. As long as the landlord has registered you can just sign in, enter the information and submit it and it works no problem. Then, you can search for your filing and screenshot it for any Immigration related things

Turn OFF auto fill, turn off auto translate, turn off pop up blocker, turn off VPN, use the calendar to select dates and then try it

, you remember incorrectly.
@Ka***
can do it online until tomorrow, the due date. For the online 90days report, you have from 15days before until the due date. What you have to do 15days before is sending a 90days report by EMS (legacy mail).

thanks i tried to do my 90 day online today first time attempting, but got similar response, I did however use auto fill maybe that was my problem. I am due tomorrow can I still do online.

@Karen *******
90 day online is totally different that TM30 online. I'd bet you didn't get the เกิดข้อผิดพลาด error message in thai :O You got the the standard error message for 90 day reporting. Something like this

yes exactly ,just trying to limit my outings.

Tod Daniels thanks for the reply! We don't have any of that running on the laptop. We're able to enter all the info into the table but the error message comes after we try and "save" it
Tod *********
one of the data fields is not correct how about just filling out the stuff with the red asterisks and see. You don't need any of the info that doesn't have that beside it (really just your passport and name and arrival date and where you entered).
