Hello,

I have a multiple entry non-o based on marriage and I was supposed to be out mid-June. The visa expires in October 2020. I was wondering what is required for the 60 day extension at immigration? Do I need a TM 30 and 90 day report before applying for the extension? I live in Bangkok.

Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information on the requirements for a 60-day extension for their multiple entry Non-O visa based on marriage, specifically in Bangkok, and whether they need to provide a TM 30 and 90-day report before applying for the extension.

If you were married outside of Thailand then you need a "recent: Kor Ror 22 as well. What recent means depends on the individual immigration office (I have hear reports of everything from the same day to within 1 year) so check with your office.

You will need:

1. Your passport and copies of:

a. Your data ("picture") page

b. Your Non-O visa

c. Your most recent entry stamp

2. A copy of your departure card (should be stapled to your passport)

3. Your original marriage certificate, and a front and back copy of your marriage certificate

4. Your wife's ID card, and a front and back copy of the ID card

5. A copy of the first page of your wife's bluebook

6. Your wife next to you

7. Two passport size photos

8. 1,900 THB.

9. MAYBE a TM30 is needed as well; it's something you should have filed already (right?)

@Benjamin *****
i recently went for my 60 day extension of my multi entry Non O based on marriage to a Thai National here in Phuket and was asked to also provide a Kor 2(kor song). I obtained this from the local Amphoe and apparently is proof that you are still legally married. Not sure if this is needed elsewhere.

Different immigration offices have their own requirements. The Kor. 2 is the updated marriage registration.

I live in Bangkok. I was wondering about the 90 day report because I have been in the country for over 90 days and am on visa amnesty because the borders were closed when I needed to be out.
Benjamin ******
People on amnesty do not file 90 day reports

With this visa you are not allowed to be longer than 90 days inside the country, therefor no 90 days reports can be done.

With over 70 immigration offices please contact the office in your region for the updated list of requirements
