Padkrapow4549 - so you already applied and got rejected once? What did the agent say they thought the reasoning was? Did you use the same Muay Thai gym? It could be something with the gym that is red flagged.
John *******
Padkrapow4549 for the most part, they do stick to the general guidelines. Since we have no idea why you were rejected, there is no reason to get hung up on length of course. It is true that for some, short course can be the issue, but that doesn’t seem to be the issue with you. If nothing wrong with the paperwork, they must see something wrong with the applicant. How long have you been in Thailand? What visas? Any overstays? Furthermore, are you sure your organization has the proper certifications?

Are you asking me or the guy applying in Indonesia?
John *******
You only do 90 day reporting when you have been in country for 90 consecutive days. If you have been living here on visa exemptions, then you have been leaving before 90 days. Everytime you re-enter your 90 day clock restarts

If you received a rejection on Sunday, it can’t have been 7 working days since you resubmitted. Do you know why you were rejected the first time?

multiple embassies want to see a stable income source, even when applying for the soft power DTV. Vietnam is one example.

- From what I have seen, if one applies while they have a valid visa already, their DTV application will be canceled. Since the e-visa system is used by all embassies, they all will see that you have the METV.

since you now have a METV, you can’t apply until that expires. DTV requirements change frequently. Suggest waiting until you can apply again to explore issues

I believe the Indonesia Stay Permit is the KITAS, it is like a residency stamp for non-Indonesians living in Indonesia. I know that there is a small list of nationalities that can only apply in Indonesia, if they are residing there (most countries can apply on a tourist visa though). What is your nationality?
