and if my visa expires, I cannot "extend" but need to apply for a new 1 year non-O visa, correct? Even if I did my 90 day reporting on for example 14 March, correct?
the visa was issued in Thailand. It doesn't state that's it is multi-entry. However immigration told me that I just get a re-entry permit before leaving Thailand each time. So I could return mainting the non-O visa. I was also told that the 90 days start to run again once I re-enter Thailand. So the next notification date would be 90 days from re-entering. I am just not 100 perecent clear whether I am allowed to stay the 90 days even if the visa already expired. In the past with 1 year tourist and business visas this was legal/ possible 🙏
