TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether a medical certificate from Dr. T Medical Clinic is accepted for extending a Visa O Retirement in Thailand at KP Immigration. Users clarify that a medical certificate is generally not required for extensions under the regular Non O visa; however, it might be necessary for the Non O-A visa. Ultimately, an update in the thread indicates that both medical certificates are accepted.

Only Non O-A one year visa requires a medical certificate and health insurance when you apply at home.

For the extension of stay the Non O-A just requires a health insurance. No requirements for regular 90 days Non O regarding health or insurance.

I think you have your wires crossed. No extension requires a medical certificate.
