Is Thai Visa Centre a scam or a legitimate service for obtaining visas in Thailand?

I have requested their assistance to get a Non B Visa. If they were scammers, they would have offered their help. However, they respectfully declined and told me that their service does not cover that visa type. Instead, they offered other alternative visa types. I highly doubt they’re scammers.

how do I go about this? I wanted to do it online but it says I should do the report in person before I am able to do it online for the first time.

yes I was told the same. That we cannot apply for a WP while being in Thailand. I fear that once I leave Thailand there will be no way of returning until further notice.
