. Just a load of low quality poorly located - miles from anywhere small flats at low cost … very useful if the poster is looking for this lifestyle … my comment was to highlight that there is a very wide range of quality and price in bkk… not everyone lives in 4000 pm rooms

- i really have no idea about the lower priced market - or 1 any one bedroom apartment …. I just know what i know - and you seem it hard to believe that people spend 60 or 70k a month on accommodation but there are many that do …. As i am sure there are many that spend 25k but not for a “great” apartment but i suppose that is a matter of opinion. Maybe you take a photo of the 25k flat and i take a photo of my 90k flat and see how they compare

mid sukhumvit is Nana to Phrom Phong

There is a huge variance in pricing even in mid sukhumvit - 18-25 k will get you a basic 2 bed older style condo without full facilities ie quality gym and pool - maintenance and grounds … as stated my building starts at 50k but nothing available and they rarely are … it is not BS at all …. You just do not know ….

Immigration is currently closed due to covid outbreak - please check

not really - nothing under 50k per month in my building …. Mine is 90k…. Asking this question will always attract similar comments from low cost farangs. Not everyone lives the same here

Totally dependent on lifestyle … living in mid sukhumvit that would only pay the rent … but you could live on $2000 elsewhere, but it would not be a lavish life. Do you play golf ? Do you live a busy social life ?
