TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reported issues with the online 90-day reporting system for visa compliance in Thailand, prompting a discussion about inconsistent functionality experienced by others. Many have suggested that the system works sporadically, influenced by browser choice or outdated information in the database. Some users recommend alternative options, like visiting local immigration offices, which are often faster and more reliable. A few points highlighted include potential browser compatibility issues and the importance of submitting the report well ahead of deadlines to avoid late fees.

it's 15 days not 14, and that is for online or in person. By mail is at least 15 days before due.

Paul V. Ripley. If you live in Bangkok do it by mail! A stroll to your local post office. 70 baht in postage/copying. A stroll back home! Some people seem to really enjoy the trek up to MTT! I can't figure it out!

yeah, good advice. But just my luck today is 15 days, and by mail must be at least 15 days before due date. Will do next time.

Paul V. Ripley. You can do it today. I've done mine 12 days out and no problem, although I prefer 14 days. You can track it. If you're in Bangkok it gets there the next day anyway.

I'm not getting all this together now and going to post office. And breaking the rules and their incompetency doesn't sound like a reliable mix...haha

i used it twice and had a confirmed print out and when i went the 3rd time they told me wasn’t in their system and wanted to fine me for 6 months but i showed them print outs etc so they decide not to worry so i just don’t trust their system

Sometimes it can be browser specific or you need to turn off pop up blockers and the like. You can try using the “incognito” mode or private browser mode as this turns off all the bells and whistles modern browsers use, but may not work - see above.

It’s been hit and miss for many people for ages. It’ll work for some, but won’t for others. The information it holds on you may differ from what you’re telling it because the system was down for ages earlier this year. You’ll probably have to go in person to file and get that info updated correctly.

I ููthink it has the wrong info. I got new paper while here. I transferred visa. I bit the blessing into night not be correct. Anyway, it rejects the data too fast to be a good program that looks up stuff in a database
