If they have any reasons to suspect that you will get deported as soon as you step on the destination. They will not allow you to board the plane. If they take a chance to let you fly and on arrival you get deported. They will have to pay a big fine. Therefor the airline dont take a chance.

If you get deported The airlines get fine so they are allowed to turn passengers away. Not entirely right but they are allowed.

I am a travel agent and I have seen few times that airlines deny boarding if they dont believe you are a genuine tourist or have a reason to believe that you may over stay your visa. Dont think they have black list database though.

Yes, as long as you land by 31st March. You will get 45 days visa exemption.

You can't tell Immigration officers what to do, Not here Not anywhere in the world. Also No please No Thank you. What do you expect?

You have to leave the country same day you got divorced. Or you pay 500Baht fine a day until you can change to another visa etc.
