 You bought ticket of them during covid ? I remember most shops all closed but for sure their office is not there anymore.

 Office in Khao San been closed for years. Need to go to the airport but most they can help probably do date change with fees.

Bin Air Asia ticket to Malaysia. Buy new ticket to go home from Thailand. Sort out your passport then fly to Malaysia

Call the airline you are flying with and check with them. I guess Sutatani is Suratthani ( Domestic flight ) Do not know what towel permit is 😐
