I feel stuck that I was not able to open a Thai Bank account when I first got to Thailand. Because this is a real nightmare that people are going through, these are all really good ideas. I wonder what the banks end results will as people will no longer feel safe with Thai banks.🤷🏾♀️
Ahhh not sure what you mean, however the stamp in your passport is given by the border officer wherever you enter the country. I didn't need anything else when I did my 90 reporting at immigration.
Yes, if you have your old PP, bring both passports for your DTV stamp into your new passport, this is exactly what I did, no problems at all. Not sure what do if you lost your old one.🤷🏾♀️
I tried this at the print stand outside of immigration and the guy said that I did not need to carry this because I have my DTV stamp and because it's an Evisa, I will carry it anyway because things change from week to week in Thailand, you have to keep on top of things , even the websites aren't helpful, everything is so confusing!🤦🏿♀️
I don't think you can, I have the DTV and got a new passport, I presented both with no issues at BKK and got my DTV stamp. I hope you have at least a copy of your lost passport. I keep copies of everything, so yeah just present your copy of the old passport and the new one with your DTV visa. Or you could try emailing them through customer support, I wish you luck with that.
To get an American visa, it's a game, they pick and choose who to let in based on your home country. If you're wealthy and or coming from a European country it will go a lot faster. It really is a game, but they will sell the land off to anyone who is willing to pay top dollar! It's not safe there anymore!!
