TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer your DTV visa to a new passport, you need to bring both your old and new passports when you depart or arrive at an international border crossing. The DTV e-visa is linked to your old passport number, so having both passports is crucial for the immigration officer to verify your visa. This process has been confirmed by others who have successfully done it, but it's important to ensure you do not lose your old passport.

Q: Do I need to inform 90 day report if I leave Thailand one day before next notify date?

Yes, if you have your old PP, bring both passports for your DTV stamp into your new passport, this is exactly what I did, no problems at all. Not sure what do if you lost your old one.🤷🏾‍♀️

Ahhh not sure what you mean, however the stamp in your passport is given by the border officer wherever you enter the country. I didn't need anything else when I did my 90 reporting at immigration.

bring both passports when departing/arriving at an international border crossing

The DTV e-visa is linked to the passport number listed on the PDF. By presenting both passports, you provide the immigration officer with the necessary documentation to verify your valid visa.

Well I’m not sure at all…but I’m guessing a police report will need to be filed, a new passport will need to be made ahd the police report will need to be carried for the duration of the visa

Or maybe in the future the DTV agency will have a booth at strategic immigration offices like in Pattaya and Bangkok to make life easier

But until then think like a Thai and carry both passports or the police report I guess

DTV_Begpacker There's no "DTV Agency" - visas are issued by individual embassies and consulates, only they can make amendments

DTV_Begpacker I realise that, but there's no government department in Thailand which deals with the DTV, and there won't be.You obviously don't realise how visas and immigration work in Thailand
