I am 65. I have traveled Asia for 30 years. I was married to a Malaysian for 24 years. I have been married to a Thai woman for 2 years. Yet I don't know how anything works. Have you ever been to Thailand?

How do you know it isn't her house already? You people just assume. You do know Thais can afford things too. Many probably have more money than you.

You can get insurance with an O visa it just isn't required. An OA it is required even if it gets too expensive later.

Job is not that important as you think. Anyone can quit a job. Even a child at home isn't important because Thais are known to leave their kids with grandma to work in the city. A house is probably the most important thing.

Employment is important but not the top thing. A house is probably more important. My Thai wife has a child there and the attorneys said she most likely wouldn't get in. This was before we were married. Property seemed to be the most important. She had land but it wasn't enough.
