Bangkok bank take 0.25 % or min 200 and max 500....Krungsri say almost same but pretty much always take 500 irrespective of value unless its very low value. Anyhow....wise or revolut don't tell you that. The figure is not too bad as long as you send over 40,000 baht (preferably 60K to guarantee a saving) as that costs you 220 for each 20K at the cash machine(if you can even get 20K as most cards are limited to 10K (some USA cards are 20K)....unless you use Aeon as they are 150 but they closed a lot of ATMs now.

immigration can ask anything they want. Airlines follow rules which are in front of them at check-in. Depending on your nationality the Airline might ask for onward or return ticket but this is not identical for all nationalities. Immigration can ask anything but are unlikely to refuse you if you have acceptable answers to questions. Proof helps. If you have a DTV you have already proved most things at application and so its highly unlikely they will question you further. Thats the whole point of a visa. However i have no direct experience of DTV use and potential questions.

i think its likely. Like when it was 45 after covid...they must have so many arguments about it and can't make up their minds. The evisa site is OK. i did a dummy one yesterday to test it. Then there's the new arrival tax.....they just can't stop messing around with the status quo.

if its anything like most countries you can't even get them to stamp less days !!! I've tried and failed in South Africa where its a RPITA due to them not stopping the clock when you leave to adjoining countries.

depends on your nationality. it pops right up in front of them.....well its at the right on some systems.....depending on your passport nationality. if your from UK....not asked, not needed. USA yes, needed. etc etc etc.
